Russia’s oil export duty is set to rise to $58.80 a tonne from June 1, from $54.90 in May, amid an increase in oil prices, the finance ministry said.

The level of duty is calculated by the finance ministry and based on the monitoring of seaborne Urals crude oil prices.

The ministry based the June export duty on prices recorded between April 15 and May 14.
